Sanctum is currently in Phase 1: the intellectual, constitutional and community foundation phase. This is the work that will determine whether everything built later stands or falls. It is also the phase that is hardest to fund, because there is nothing yet to photograph, visit or move into.
Those who support Sanctum now are funding the most consequential work: the ideas, the frameworks, the governance architecture and the community that will make the villages possible. This is stewardship: investing in foundations that will serve future generations.
All financial support is managed with full accountability, and supporters will receive regular, transparent reports on how their contributions are being used.

When Phase 1 is complete, funding will support the research, assessment and legal due diligence required to identify the first Sanctum Village site.

Financial Stewardship
Every contribution to Sanctum will be accounted for transparently. Supporters will receive regular reports showing how funds have been allocated and what has been achieved. This is not optional. It is an expression of the same accountability principles that govern everything Sanctum does.
Sanctum does not use supporter funds for personal enrichment, extravagance or purposes outside the stated mission. Financial governance is guided by the same principles as all other governance within the Foundation.
